In total, we once again had over 80 participants and were delighted that Kai Fryder (Strategic Partnerships Development Manager), Christian Elsenhuber (Principal Partner Solutions Architect), Wolfgang Dötsch (EMEA Training Partner Manager) and Robert Meyer (Senior Partner Solutions Architect) from Amazon Web Services and Axel Frentzen (Senior Partner Technical Lead for Cloud, AI and new Solutions) from NetApp responded to our invitation and joined our meeting as well.
Our managing directors, guests and colleagues shared the developments, news and successes of the past year in a variety of presentations. As part of a world café (discussion format for larger groups), ideas were collected on specific topics to develop joint goals and strategies to drive tecRacer forwards.
With various fun activities (cross-golf, geo-caching mystery, catapult building and archery) and evening events (karaoke, darts…), we had plenty of time to exchange ideas with our colleagues, get to know them better and strengthen our group spirit.
We left the three days with a stronger team spirit, plans for the future and the anticipation of the next consulting meeting.
