In total we had more than 80 participants and were very pleased that Kai Fryder (Strategic Partnerships Development Manager), Wolfgang Doetsch (EMEA Training Partner Manager), Manfred Maierhofer (Principal Partner and ISV Sales Manager) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Ulf Bordt (Cloud Solution Architect ) from NetApp accepted our invitation and also participated in our on-site meeting.
The program during our Consulting Meeting was again very diverse:
Our managing directors Sven Ramuschkat and Gregor Püttmann presented our successes of the last year, including kununu Top Company 2023, NetApp Cloud Partner of the Year 2023, TÜV ISO/IEC 27001:2017 certification, AWS 200 certified milestone, signing of the “Charta der Vielfalt”…) and what we want to focus on in the future. Including, strengthening our partnerships to support our customers with combined expertise and further implementing our company vision: “Drive future innovation, through trustworthy and sustainable change”!

With our surprise guest Sebastian Purps-Pardigol (organizational consultant, bestselling author and trainer for leadership and personal development) we learned more about the amazing capabilities of the human brain in the workshop “How to Unfold the Hidden Potentials of Employees, Teams and a Whole Organization – Inspiring employees and increasing corporate success” and worked on goals that can help us to use our potential even more.
During various fun activities (Highland Games, BreathWalk, climbing park and herding sheep) and evening events ( table soccer tournament, karaoke, dance lesson, board games…) we also had enough time to meet our colleagues “finally again” or even for the first time face to face, to get to know them better and to have a lot of fun together.
We walked away from these three days with a strengthened team spirit, plans for the future, anticipation of the next consulting meeting and a tree for each employee in our tecRacer forest.
