Internal reporting office – misconduct within the meaning of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG)


As tecRacer Group we are committed to our employees, customers, service providers, investors and society. It is therefore even more important that we do not only act in accordance with the law, but also with integrity in general and subject ourselves to high ethical standards.

In order to ensure the independence and confidentiality of reports, we have entrusted JOWECON GmbH with the task of internal reporting office. We have deliberately chosen a reporting channel that is outside our corporate network. The information is processed in a fair, fast and protected procedure.

An important pillar of our whistleblower system is the fair trial principle. It guarantees the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers, those affected and employees who help to clarify the reported misconduct. We will not take any measures to identify anonymous whistleblowers who do not abuse our whistleblowing system. Discrimination against whistleblowers and all persons who contribute to investigations will not be tolerated. Those affected are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Investigations are conducted with the utmost confidentiality.

If you become aware that our employees or individuals acting on behalf of tecRacer Group are committing misconduct such as violations of company or industry laws, regulations or codes of conduct, including concerns related to environmental issues and/or human rights along the tecRacer Group supply chain, you can help us by reporting your concerns to the Internal Reporting Office:
