GTC General Terms and Conditions
The following general terms and conditions apply to all registrations or bookings made via this online platform. By marking the field AGB during a registration/booking, you accept the general terms and conditions.
Registration/Booking
The registration/booking can only be made online. The registration/booking is binding. You will receive a confirmation of registration by email. Places will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received. You will receive a confirmation (in writing or by email) approximately one week before the start of the event, whether the event – with regard to the number of participants – can be carried out.
About the organization
The provider reserves the right to postpone dates or times, or, in case of too few registrations, to cancel a seminar date. In this case you will be informed by email within a reasonable period of time. All payments already made will be refunded. Beyond that there are no further claims.
Cancellations
Cancellation on your part must be made in writing and the following fees will be charged:
- up to 14 days before the start of the course – 0% of the course fees,
- 13 days or less before the beginning of the course – 100% of the course fees
Cancellation fees are waived if a substitute participant is found.
Invoicing and payment
You will receive an invoice after registration. We will coordinate the invoice address with you. The invoice is payable within 14 days net. In case of group registration (one person registers several persons): The registering person is liable for the entire participation fees.
Data protection
By registering, you agree that the provider may use your data (personal data, booked events, etc.) for its own purposes (advertising, information about new offers, etc.). The provider will not pass on your data to third parties.
Program and price changes
Program and price changes as well as changes in the general terms and conditions are reserved.
Jurisdiction
For all legal relations with the provider, the law at the domicile of the provider is applicable. The place of jurisdiction is the responsible court at the domicile of the provider.
